After more than 10 years in the pest control industry, I decided to build a company around the things I have always believed in - having integrity in the work that you do, treating people with respect and fairness, and genuinely taking care of my clients and their needs.
Throughout my time in the industry, I have seen firsthand how a large corporate structure can make it difficult to provide the kind of personal service clients deserve. Frequent employee turnover, layers of management, call centers, and a heavy focus on numbers can make customers feel like they are neglected and mistreated. I knew there had to be a better way.
That's why I started True Pest Control. My goal is to provide a more personal straightforward experience where clients can reach me directly, no automated call hassle or scheduling conflicts, I handle the services personally and genuinely care about the results. I believe in taking the time to understand the problem, explain your options, and recommend a solution based on what you actually need, not simply what fits a corporate sales model.
